Escalation that keeps going

Up to 10 levels, each notifying people and rosters together. Repeat the policy if nobody acknowledges, or resolve after the last round.

Incidents you can work

Set a priority from P1 to P5, add notes, reassign, snooze, merge related incidents, and add responders. Every step lands on the timeline.

Heartbeats for scheduled jobs

A job pings its own URL. When a ping is missed, an incident opens on your escalation policy. The next ping resolves it.

Slack, with a delivery log

The on-call person is notified in Slack and in the app. Slack messages are retried with backoff, and every attempt is logged.

Signed outbound webhooks

Send incident events to your own tools. Each event is signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried up to 8 times.

Switch by changing a URL

OnCallAlerting accepts PagerDuty Events API and Opsgenie Alert API calls. Alertmanager and Grafana move by changing the URL and key.
